Meagan Kaiser grows soybeans and corn with her husband and his family on their farm in Carrollton, Missouri. In addition to farming, Kaiser is a soil scientist at Perry Agricultural Laboratory and owns and operates a precision agriculture soil sampling service. This is her seventh year on the United Soybean Board, and she is the 2023 chair. She is also an ex officio member of the Financial Audit Committee. Kaiser is involved in the American Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee, Agriculture Leadership of Tomorrow and serves on the Pike County Farm Bureau Board.
Steve Reinhard grows soybeans, corn and hay with his brother, Tim, in Bucyrus, Ohio. He also has a small herd of Angus cattle. This is his seventh year on the United Soybean Board, and he currently serves as vice chair. In addition, Reinhard is chair of the Value Alignment Committee. Reinhard is a member of the Ohio Soybean Council and the Ohio Expo Center and State Fair. He is also a member of the Ohio Soybean Association, Ohio Corn Growers, Crawford County Farm Bureau and Cattlemen’s Association. Reinhard was previously an agricultural education teacher and FFA advisor. He served in the Ohio House of Representatives as a county commissioner and was a volunteer firefighter for 23 years.
