California’s Republican delegation is ramping up criticism of the Biden administration over rescinding Trump-era biological opinions governing water deliveries.
In a letter sent Monday to Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, the Congress members called the move a highly irregular departure from common practice and charged that special interests have influenced the decision more than any new science that has come to light.
