The AFA Crop Science Institute brings up to 75 talented college students together to take part in a three-day program. Students are selected through a competitive application process and have expressed a specific interest in the crop and soil sciences sector. The itinerary will provide interaction between students and crop sector leaders; expose students to area businesses and other related service providers and include discussion and training to enhance student preparation to enter careers in the agriculture industry.
