Interior/Environment spending bill cuts EPA budget, targets WOTUS

WASHINGTON, July 12, 2017 - Democrats voiced strong objections to funding levels and legislative riders in the Interior/Environment spending bill for fiscal 2018, but saved amendments for next week, when the full House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to mark up the bill.
