COLORADO, June 21, 2017 - Colorado-based RES says a 40 megawatt project for an independent power producer was awarded through a competitive process. RES will be providing a full turnkey energy storage system powered by its proprietary Energy Management System (EMS). The agreement provides engineering, procurement, and construction services, along with asset management and performance guarantees. RES is active in a range of energy technologies including onshore and offshore wind, solar, energy storage and transmission. Construction will begin this summer. The company did not say where in California the project is located.
