Government shutdown could delay emergency farm payments

A government shutdown this month could delay the distribution of $10 billion in economic assistance payments to row crop producers, a top USDA official said Monday.

The Oklahoma 3^rd District representative says covid, global military conflicts and trade have heightened concern surrounding the size of the nation's debt.
