Ag groups ask court to reverse fertilizer tariffs

Five major U.S. ag groups are imploring the U.S. Court of International Trade to overturn a decision this year by the U.S. International Trade Commission to allow steep tariffs to be placed on phosphate fertilizer imports from Morocco and Russia.
