Farm Hands on the Potomac - USDA has a new budget director

Erica Navarro has joined USDA as the director of the Office of Budget and Program Analysis. Navarro, who holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, previously served as budget director for the Education Department and the U.S. General Services Administration.
